VetGeni Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline rules for accessing and using VetGeni across public, student, professional, and clinic workflows.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using VetGeni, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to VetGeni web experiences, student and professional accounts, clinic accounts, and related public workflows unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
VetGeni provides AI-assisted veterinary documentation and workflow support. The service is intended for students, individual professionals, and veterinary organizations that use it in accordance with applicable law, professional standards, and clinic policy.
Clinical and AI notice
VetGeni is designed to speed up documentation and support workflows. It does not replace clinician judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or the responsibility to review outputs before use.
AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. Users are responsible for verifying documentation, recommendations, dosing details, and client-facing outputs before relying on them in practice or education.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service availability.
- Do not use VetGeni to violate law, professional obligations, privacy requirements, or third-party rights.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or package the service as your own product without written authorization from VetGeni.
- Do not rely on public marketing pages or tutorial content as a substitute for direct clinical supervision or medical advice.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Public pricing, trial offers, and plan information are described on the Pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout.
Trial and subscription access may vary by student, professional, or clinic plan. VetGeni may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or violations of these terms.
Third-party services
VetGeni may rely on third-party providers including payment, messaging, hosting, and AI infrastructure services. Your use of those connected services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Examples include Stripe for billing, Twilio for messaging workflows, and OpenAI-powered services for certain AI-assisted experiences.
Intellectual property and content
VetGeni and its licensors retain ownership of the service, site content, and related intellectual property except where rights are expressly granted to you.
You retain responsibility for the data, recordings, and materials you upload or create through the platform, subject to the rights necessary for VetGeni to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, suspension, and termination
VetGeni may update these terms from time to time. When updates are posted, the effective date on this page will change. Continued use after the updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is violating these terms, creating risk for the service, or failing to meet billing obligations.
