VetGeni Care Updates for Your Veterinary Clinic

Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages about your pet's medical care from your veterinary clinic using the VetGeni platform. Messages may include:

  • Visit and surgery updates
  • Discharge instructions
  • Medication reminders
  • Lab and result updates
  • Time-sensitive follow-up questions

Important: No promotional or general marketing messages are sent on this program. All messages relate directly to your pet's veterinary care.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your pet's care (typically 1ā€“8 messages around each visit or episode of care). You will not receive messages unless your pet has an active appointment or ongoing treatment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. VetGeni does not charge for the SMS service, but standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier will apply based on your plan. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will no longer receive text messages from this clinic for this program. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out.

Reply HELP for help or contact your clinic directly at their phone number. You may also contact VetGeni at support@vetgeni.com.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to deliver care-related communications for your veterinary clinic. See VetGeni's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more details.

Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of sending these messages.

We use Twilio to deliver text messages. By using our SMS services, you agree to be bound by Twilio's Privacy Policy.

Consent and Authorization

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to this SMS program, you certify that:

  • You are the account holder, or have authorization from the account holder, to receive text messages at the provided number
  • You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving veterinary services
  • You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP
