These terms apply to care-related SMS communication supported by VetGeni for veterinary clinics and their clients.

Program overview

VetGeni supports care-related SMS workflows for veterinary clinics. Messages may include visit updates, discharge-related communication, medication reminders, or similar care coordination messages.

This program is not described as a general marketing program. Message content should be tied to veterinary care and the clinic relationship.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies by clinic workflow and patient care needs. Standard message and data rates from a mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-out and help

Recipients can opt out by replying STOP to a message. Help instructions may be provided by replying HELP or by contacting the clinic directly, depending on the workflow in use.

Privacy and data handling

SMS-related information is handled according to the VetGeni Privacy Policy and the service relationships required to deliver messages. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Twilio may be used to support delivery and messaging infrastructure.

Recipient responsibilities

By participating in an SMS workflow, a user confirms they are authorized to receive messages at the number provided and understands that carrier fees may apply.
