What deletion typically covers

  • Account information such as name and email address tied to your VetGeni access.
  • Workflow data such as recordings, transcripts, generated documents, and related activity where applicable.
  • Support-related information needed to identify and process the request, subject to legal and operational limits.

What may be retained

Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or billing reasons. Examples can include limited payment records maintained by Stripe or records needed to respond to disputes and compliance obligations.

If you are part of a clinic or organization account, deletion scope may also depend on the organization relationship and account ownership structure.
